1. Refunds are possible if the purchased currency has not been used (including bonus currency).
    1. Refunds are not possible if any part of the currency has been used.
      • ex1) If you purchase 300 points and have not used them, a refund is possible. However, if you used 100 points to generate an image, a refund is not possible.
      • ex2) If you purchase 1000 points and have used any of the bonus currency, a refund is not possible.

If you meet the above criteria, please attach the following information to an email to our customer service.

You can find the 'Contact Us' option at the top right of the ‘help center’ menu in the app. After verification, customer service will inform you about the refund eligibility and process. (This may take 3-7 days.)

  2. User ID : Can be found at the top of the Settings page in My Page

  3. Name of the product for refund: Please provide the exact name of the product.

  4. Receipt of the purchase for refund: Capture the receipt and attach it to the email. (See the sample image below)

Notes:

  1. For iOS (iPhone, iPad) users, all payments are processed by Apple, so you must complete the final refund process through Apple. (Reference: Apple Support)
  2. Frequent cancellations or misuse of refunds may result in account suspension.
