You can find the 'Contact Us' option at the top right of the ‘help center’ menu in the app. After verification, customer service will inform you about the refund eligibility and process. (This may take 3-7 days.)

User ID : Can be found at the top of the Settings page in My Page
Name of the product for refund: Please provide the exact name of the product.
