The purchased currency can be used for all content within the Playsona app, so please consider using it for other content.

If you want to refund the remaining unused currency, please follow these steps:

Refundable Conditions:

1. Only unused currency can be refunded. If any part of the currency has been used, a refund is not possible.
2. Bonus currency is not eligible for a refund.

(Example)

• If you purchased 300 points and used 100 points, a refund is not possible.
• If you purchased 1000 points and used any bonus currency, a refund is not possible.
